I've talked to the guy in the rain then ran to the pond in the rain and he wasn't there, after that i went back when there was clear weather and he still wasn't there Did they change the event for episode 18?

The tv just says that weather is ''soon'' or 'passing'' instead of like tuesday or wednesday so is weather based on ingame time now?

im playing reborn again and they changed the railnet puzzle it seems as before all you had to do was make a clear path to the end but that isn't working so what do you need to do?
