I feel so dumb.... thank you dear friend

Hello guys, I was following this walk through (https://www.rebornevo.com/forum/index.php?/topic/32922-pokemon-reborn-walkthrough-episode-17-100-completion/) and did not want to do one of the optional puzles to get TM:flash (the one with the railroads). When i check the guide to follow the story in :Storyline Progression - Story2 It says that i have to go trough that puzzle and because i didnt do it before i am not able to go with the story. Any suggestions?? :D Really appreciate any help :D
