Okay! False alarm guys I am an utter moron, forgot that teddiursa only appears in clear daytime. My bad. Yes it is in the garden now.

Okay, first off. I know of the teddiursa bug, and did the bug fix. But somehow, I still cant find the dang teddy bear, so did they actually add a new area for it to pop up in or something, cause I am now thoroughly frustrated.
