So i look at pokemon locations and it says Teddiursa is in East Gearen City - Neo, what is this neo part and where is it?

I don't really know which topic to post this one but this one seems to fit most. The selection of pokemon moves is a little odd, its very hard to see which move is selected and i was wondering if there can be a darkened outline or a bright one to make it alot easier to see which move you are hovering over.
