Welp, I feel like an idiot now : P Because they didn't reset if you left the gym room, I was under the impression they also didn't reset if you left the gym itself.

This is driving me up the wall. I'm trying to look up a guide, but to follow it I need to turn off all the screens so I can start fresh. Problem is, I can't reset all the screens AND end up on the right side of the cliff. Either I'm on the door side with one screen still active on the other (either the lowest red-yellow or red-yellow-orange-purple), which eventually messes me up, or all screens are off and I'm stuck on the side with no exit. I can't use an escape rope, my last save was in the gym, and I really hope this puzzle didn't just permanently screw my game. Any help is appreciated.

I found all but one before fighting them, unfortunately, so I missed any alternate dialogue. He also just so would I still be able to find his backstory somehow?

Got back into the game after ages and I'm finally making progress, just got to Corey's gym after fighting Taka and Zel over the Pulse-thing. But since he doesn't give me a badge to raise my level cap, what other reason is there to fight him? I'm considering just skipping him.

My name's FennecFyre, though just Fennec works fine. I played Reborn for a little while, got disinterested, but now I'm trying it again properly, and seeing if attempting it via Nuzlocke makes things more interesting.
