i find the item yureyu key but i don't now where use the key

[Sutoratosu]

shades powerplant. go through the side wings and you'll eventually come to a locked door in the back. that is where you use the key.

inside that room is Rotom, I beleive. and in there you can also evolve certain mons like Magneton and Nosepass
