Lateralus Posted May 9, 2022 Share Posted May 9, 2022 Today, I beat the game with a team that I took straight from the Victory Road into the Elite 4. Curious, I just barged in after restocking on some Revives, but decided to push on when I beat the first E4. I did not even pick up every TM, level all my Pokémon to Lv.100 or grab otherwise crucial items such as Assault Vest. It does add to the proud feeling I am experiencing now. The passwords I have on are "fullevs", "hardcap" & "noitems". I didn't use "stopitems" so I had to deal with Full Restores every battle. Every fight required major changes in EVs (used up all EV Tuners), held items and move sets. At one point, I used Snarl on Krookodile and Toxic on Scizor. Nonetheless, the gauntlet felt like the most challenging experience I have had in Pokémon and was extremely fun. Harder than Insane mode Rejuvenation and Radical Red.
