LF good iv ditto and Prankster murkrow

hello people of reborn city, its ya boi again this time im in need of a good iv ditto for breeding purposes and a prankster murkrow with perish song bc my weather is broke so i cant get one to spawn it seems going back and forth through time on my pc's clock really messes with the weather and now its permanently raining lol but if someone could help me out with those two things it would be greatly appreciated
