Wild held items availability, has been adapted to gen 7 "loot-tables"... Also, this item is used for a side-quest. There is a good chance it has changed item category, much like Corey's ring; or not. Contrary to what other people say, no more Paras farming can net you one. Only through trading, you can get it, i believe. Quote
