Reborn lag

Hello everybody 

I  started playing the game after taking a break and its lagging is there any way to fix the lag ?

Lag is somewhat difficult to fix. If you're talking about lag on the overworld, there isn't a whole lot that can be done other than trying to have less programs open on your computer. If battles themselves are really laggy you could consider disabling animations (you can do this from the options bit of the main menu) and that should speed things up.
