E17 Where is the Tower?!

I've been looking around the desert for quite some time and visited the "polluted" water on the top right corner of it. Is that the oasis we are talking about? Or is there another one? How many times do I have to visit that place to make the Mirage Tower appear? Also, is Mimikyu really in that tower?

If you can make the tower appear, it won't go away. But if you're in the middle of hunting down the oases to make the tower appear and decides to leave, I don't know if it resets.

There are multiple oases just hunt around for em.

 

You gotta activate the yellow crystal that is found near them.

Any general direction where I should be heading to find the oasis?

From my experience they are only in the southern parts of the desert, you need to fin 3 of them, then the tower appears in the northeast part, yes mimikyu is also in there just rock smash the rightmost mirror in the first room in the tower

If I leave the Desert to switch pokemon, will the Tower go away or will it stay there?
