I don't think you are stuck I played on your file and was able to progress just need to look around a bit you'll find a red crystal.

 

Moved you just incase you were actually stuck in front of crystal and couldn't move. Game.rxdata

did you patch your game? if you didn't then do it because there is a chance you missed something so you couldn't activate crystals yourself

I'm stuck in Valor mountain for almost a month now, does anyone know how to get down to the second underfloor with making the mountain cool down? cause thats where i need to be and don't know how to get there
