sooo, i heard that after you beat ciel and update you get the field notes and pulse dex, but what about those who updated before ciel, am near agate and i don't have them on my pokegear, are they going to spawn in my pokegear once i beat ciel or is it only for tose who already beat ep16 before updating ?

You'll automatically get them when leaving the circus after beating Ciel.

I didn't beat Ciel before E16, so I loaded my game in E16 and battled her. The game recognized that the save wasn't native from E16 and gave me these items when E16 content started
