Where to find a Dusk Stone

I already checked the item location guide thread, but the dusk stone is not in the sub railnet ..

Yeah, it is. Keep looking, it's at the lowest possible area near an X door I think.

Thanks for reminding me to improve the descriptions of the Evo Stones. Now, the Dusk Stone...

The Subrailnet is the deepest part of the Railnet. You reach it after defeating Aya fot your 5th badge and 7th gym fight and after finishing the Yureyu Building operation. When you solve the rail puzzle to open the door to the right, there is an also-locked door on the left. Connect the rails to open it, go there, climb down the stairs to the bottom of it and you'll find it, just as Lostelle said (ninjas everywhere!). It's dark, I know, the TM for Flash is at the end of the stairs too, behind the RockSmashable wall.
