0 dead account Posted October 28, 2015 Posted October 28, 2015 Blast powder allows you to mine from mining rocks a second time. Just interact with the rubble left behind after mining with some blast powder in your bag and you can mine again.

That guy wont talk as much when you talk to him again. You can also get blast powder from Pokemon with the ability "Pickup" at levels 1-60, with Blast Powder being most common at levels 51-60.

Due to this, the items will be different each time. 2. Yes, fossils repeat.
