ok guys and gals i have made a mistake with my first ability capsule i used it on my buneary for the second gym leader and i need anouther one for hariyama for shade and i dont know where anouther one is please help

I believe there was one beneath the Grand Staircase in Lapis Ward, but I'm not sure if that's before or after the events of the Sanctum.

Found another early game Ability Capsule.

This is past the point you are talking about, but you can buy them from a 7th Street merchant for red, blue, green, or purple shards.

That Ability Capsule Beneath the Grand Stairway is definitely obtainable before Shelly even, so you've got access to that one.

Ironically, there's also another one hidden on a rock in the bit of Citrine Cave just south of Shade's Gym.

its two purple at the 7th street vendor and if you generally take a look in rocks u seem to find a few ive never used any and ive got like 9 a few from a pickup poke i think tho

It's not any specific ammount at the 7th street vendor, the number and type of shard changes and is randomized I think between 2-4 of any color shard.

You aren't able to get there for quite a while arison, the only other one I know of right now. These two that Lost Lore posted here are your best bet.
