{Resolved}Fiore mansion

I know where to go to get Surf, but I can't find it. Where is the Fiore mansion? Is it before or after Luna?

You have to advance through Route 2 West of the Agate Circus, at the end there will be Fiore Mansion with a couple of ladies inside. Additionally you still need to beat Samson before getting Surf.

This could have gone in the 'Where do I go now?' thread, for future reference.
