It is It has Spore, to make foe sleep it has sticky web, to make foes swapping in slower it has parting shot, to weaken foes, since smeargle's decent speed, it can use this as this has 0 priority It has King's shield. To get this move pissed me off sooo much, took me 3 hours to get it. 1st had to disable aegislash's sacred sword, then had to use Torment. Then swap smeargle out and hope it used kings shield. I wish there was an easier way to get it now... X( Quote
