My game crashes due to my mac being m4 according to A.I. and im using rosetta while playing to combat this but its not fully effective, happens mostly after battle... is there a patch for m4 mac? Ik about the existing mac patch.

So I recently got into this game, and so far it's been smooth sailing up until one of the more recent quests. I'm not sure if this is a part of the "Behind bars" prison quest, but when I enter one of the prison buildings, I get to talk to Ryder and another police officer. However, after this conversation ends, this error pops up on my screen and I have no idea how to fix it . . . and I accidentally used quick saved out of habit, and now I'm just stuck with this error whenever I try to continue playing the game. It would be pretty unfortunate for me to restart all my progress, so I'm hoping there's a way to fix this . . ( ;´ - `;)

Desolation joiplay playability?

So is this game playable at all on Joiplay? I've seen people download it, but everyone seems to run into trouble at some point. I find it a bit odd that this is the only one that wouldn't work and i would like it on mobile.

I went into the starter room and decided to check the PC before I choose. I was able to basically phase through the professor on the way out but now cannot get back in. I'm sure I can load a previous save but just wanted to report this bug. I hope this is the right spot for things like this.

Mac save file corrupted, i can't find the save file anywhere

So I was trying to restore a former save file when I realized I could save scarlet, but after a few hours of trying to find it, I realized my save files were missing. I looked at my save files in games, and it said "save 1 slotsave corrupted". Trying to open the save folder also did not work. What can I do?

Hi, I started a new game yesterday and since I've started playing, I've found that the game constantly quits without me doing anything. I'll be walking, battling, mid-conversation and welp, it's quit again. It's extremely annoying and I have no idea what could be causing it. Please help, it's kind of hard to enjoy the game when you have to constantly be on edge for the next time it decides to quit.

Hi I am not sure if it is just me or if I have to finish a few things in Blackview city before doing this side quest but whenever I chat with the boss to help find their missing Pokemon I get this long line of code and I am not sure what I am supposed to do with it. This is when I hear the boss's story and that just pops up. If anyone knows what to do, I would appreciate any feedback on it

Everytime I try to make a new save file it keeps saying it gets corrupted and it keeps showing this, what should I do? I've tried redownloading and reupdating multiple times but no matter how many times I try to play again and save, all it shows is "save(x) savefile corrupted"

I tried talking to the Teal Panthers boss in Blackview, when I do I get this error message. I'm playing on Mac and have the latest patch installed

Pokémon Desolation freezing in joiplay.

First time playing Pokemon Desolation on joiplay. Immediately after pressing “new game” it pulls up the question mark and it's frozen. No inputs work at all. It won't work.

I tried patching it with the official 6.0.12 download from the site here and it says I have 6.0.10 and it won't let me play. It proceeds to freeze.

The only thing that happens is the music keeps playing. It is now unplayable. It does this everytime.

I’ve downloaded the game file for Mac (tried both the Mega and Google Drive versions to the same effect) as well as the additional file for Mac and applied that. Randomly when playing tho, the game will just exit out and display the message attached. Any help would be appreciated!

Game freezes after certain side quests

So I've noticed that my game freezes whenever the "Quest Log Updated" notification should appear on the top left of the screen, just after talking to the specific NPC to trigger the start of the quest. It's only on specidic side quests, so far it's happened on 41 (Boss's Lost Comrades), 75 (The Ranger's Comeback) and 97 (Just Along for the Ryder).

I'm using the most recent Linux version and had no problems at all apart from this one.

(Made a separate post since it's not exactly a minor bug but not important enough to be a major/fatal one)

EP5 Save Conversion

Hello! A few of you have seemed to struggle with converting your saves. Therefore I am making this thread to help you out!

If you are trying to load up an EP5 save onto EP6 and you are unable to convert. Please follow these steps:

1) Make sure you have completed EP5 before trying to convert your save and you are saved in the Main Bedroom of the Cellia Manor.

2) Reply to this thread with your Save File attached. To find this, Navigate to your Saved Games Folder > Pokemon Desolation > Send over the Game.rxdata file you wish to be converted.

I will get back to you asap! So have patience if I do not immediately get to you. Thank you!

Please note that some saves may be overall unable to be converted, which means you will either have to send another one over or completely start fresh (this would mean removing the save file from the Saved Games Folder).

Stuck in Addenfall

I've made it all the way to Addenfall town, I've chased the foxes that were attacking the girl in her house, and now I'm supposed to chase them.

North, route 3, is where I came from, and, unsurprisingly, there's nothing there. I can't go west because the game says that's not the right way, if I go south, route 4, the path is blocked by two NPCs, and every last building in Addenfall are locked. I have no idea where the game wants me to go.

Save states on mac

Hello! I've been playing a new run and I did the police task for Rosetta, but I forgot to talk to her afterwards. Since I can't save Nova now I want to go back and reload an old save state, but as you know macbooks hide shit all the time.

I tried following a few different guides for this sort of thing but I haven't found my savestates anywhere including where I would find the reborn saves (not that my reborn saves were there either)

Anyone know what to do about this?

Im over at the ice area after gym two and after I split with the Normal guy my encounters stopped appearing. I set it between 100 and 9999 and nothings happening. Heres my save file if I could get some help, im enjoying the game so far. I posted this on the Reborn page as well by mistake
