Hey guys first time posting on the forum so hopefully this kind of topic is allowed. I just finished my first playthrough of this game (till next episode comes out ofc). and I just wanted to say that this game is amazing. I feel like everywhere I went on the map there was something to find. The interactions with all the random NPCs were great and gave some great sidequests. But man this game was though as heck. I still can't believe that I managed to beat the last triathlon fight since that one was crazy. I dont know how many times I had to reset this game but its pr1 point

Congratulations for completing your playthrough! Aside from the pokedex sidequest (which is connected to starter egg quest and restoration projects - both available in the Grand Hall), i sugget you try your skill and patience with magic square puzzle if you haven't already. You can start it in the house in Agate City next to the pokemon center. Though I think by doing the pokedex quest you'll stumble upon the majority of the sidequests. As for the leaders, i can't remember every one of them but Shade and Noel posed a problem for me. Samson, Charlotte and Terra (90% bc o1 point

I'm kinda late to the party, but I'm so glad Desolation is back. Everything looks so good and Ruby' art is such a blessing- everyone looks so good. I can't wait to make a new file and start the journey again.1 point

How do you manage Terra? With Ciel, she’s one of the Gym Leaders where I just can’t seem to make anything work, so I end up spamming healing items, especially for Quagsire which doesn’t care about set-up mons. Ciel I always eventually cheesed after setting up a mon right under the Togekiss’s nose and making it sweep. I also struggled with Hardy. Shade was an issue in my two completed playthroughs but I swept it in the third one. I remember beating Charlotte first try in my first playthrough (with a Magneton’s Sturdy being the deciding factor in the end, while the Prankster Damp1 point

~New Faces~ Hi all! aaa this is my first dev blog post!! I'm excited and nervous lol. Firstly, thank you for your patience with us! We've all had an incredibly busy few months apart from Deso, and we've now got a good steady workflow! Exciting! You all know me as the sole arts person for the team, and it was fine for the last episode, with the character overhaul and all. Now we're revamping a lot of old areas, and updating/adding more to the tilesets, which ups my work by... a lot lol. But luckily, we've got ourselves a new member in the team! She'll be1 point

With the addition of Crimson to our team, we have decided to reopen the Dev Q&A! So if you have any burning questions, feel free to ask them here! If its directed at any of us, or in general go for it! However let me remind you that this Q&A is Strictly Questions directed at the Devs about development, characters, fun stuff, etc and NOT a place to ask about INGAME Content such as "Where do I find the Ice Stone" or "Where is Lucario located? If you want to ask these questions, either ask them in the Discussions thread OR in the Desolation channel in the Reborn Discord! If th1 point

Whether from an unnerving/tragic position of disempowerment (like Evi Crystal said) or in tenseful scenario of undercover espionnage, I feel like working under Meteor would have been a huge opportunity to see its inner workings and explore the repercussions of its hierachy and morality on the characters. Imagine being forced to work under Lin, watching you like an hawk knowing full well you're not a grunt after the PULSE Abra fight, and reaching a fickle mutual understanding with Sirius as not to die lol.Or, given his respect for MC's strength, how about being given an offer to jo1 point

Again, it's a matter of phrasing, lol. If you don't know the context to the details, they won't be much of a spoiler.1 point

Oh no, I didn't mean that. I meant that, for example, the details you choose to include or not might suggest what might be important later in the story. Or what you emphasize when you describe things etc.1 point

Well, if the story is told in chronological order as shown in the game as the summary should be, there's no need to worry about spoilers, since you can just read up to where you want. It's your own risk in the end, and not the responsibility of the person writing the summary as long as it's written as intended and doesn't have spoilers strewn through it in places where it's not appropriate.1 point

Isn't there a worry that an official storyline summary might spoil the later parts? Like because of how it describes things, and what it decides to include/exclude.1 point

There's an incomplete summary of the game on TV Tropes here (up to chapter 11) along with a bunch of notes on characters here. After v13 we plan to make a complete summary of the story for on the Rejuvenation wiki, but due to that V13 comes along with revisions to quite a handful of story segments, it's redundant to us to have a summary written as of right now as a lot of stuff would have to be rewritten once V13 is out. If you want a complete walkthrough of the game, Nine Icy Tails recently did a 100% playthrough of the game, meaning that you can probably look stuff back up there1 point

Both are good. Personally I prefer Moxie, but If you don't plan on breeding Dragon Dance into it, and keeping your Scaggy as is, then Intimidate might be the better option. EDIT: i highly recommend you breed Dragon Dance and Drain Punch to your scraggy though1 point

I chose no for obvious reasons But if yes for any reason, that would be to join and quickly climb the ranks and boss Fern around. He wouldn't be the top dog with the MC around!1 point

Right, I'd forgotten about the glowiness thing. That was certainly interesting. Can she see auras perhaps? Whaaa? I didn't realize that either. And the whole time he's going: "Am I gonna kill Anna?" "I KILLED ANNA!" Ttar: Regina, here's what's gonna happen. You're gonna freeze, I'm gonna set up a Nasty Plot... *Tesereena doesn't freeze* Ttar (again): Here's what's gonna happen. You're gonna freeze, I'm gonna set up a Nasty Plot.... *Still doesn't freeze* Ttar: REGINA, PAY ATTENTION WHEN I'M TALKING TO YOU! Me:1 point

More realistic than sarcastic. And as a entertainer, he just doesn't have the time to explore every corner of the game. And don't get me wrong. This guy is good at Pokemon. He adapts very well to overcome tough situations. Adding to this his reactions and his infinite imagination makes him fun to watch! Despite not being into Let's Play at all (it just bores me), I'm still enjoying the show. He clearly recorded the two episodes in a row. He just couldn't have saved in a middle of dialogue. Too bad for Saphira's revenge.1 point

This is a list that shows at a quick look what different Pokemon are available at any given time in game in a monotype run. Each spoiler is a new badge length of the game, including the most readily available member of the evolution line of the Pokemon, and does not mention Pokemon available in previous areas. Italics indicate Pokemon that will evolve into a type. Underline indicates Pokemon that will lose that type by their final evolution (mainly, for collecting, unless you want to use badge 17 Azurill for Normal type) Bold indicates legendary Pokemon **Aste1 point
