OK so I've got no experience in any type of rom hacking, fan game or any type of development whatsoever. so i decided to give this a shot. since i can't think for myself or come up with an idea on my own i chose to try and do Reborn City! I just started last night and only just stopped to take a breather and boy did time fly past...Like it's so frustrating trying to figure stuff out when you have no clue but then all of a sudden you work it out and it's like the best feeling ever??? I'm rambling aren't I? Ok i know it looks really rough and messy but I'll start to cle3 points

The electrizers are found in the cave off of the stairs that got destroyed on your way to Calcenon City (need to pay 40000 to the guard to repair the stairs) and at the top of the Coral Ward lighthouse in the middle of the pier (dive just behind it). Alolan Raichu is obtained by using a thunder stone on Pikachu while standing on Apophyll Beach.1 point

Airborne electric types like Rotom and Oricorio don't lose any speed, and iirc Alolan Raichu can balance out the speed drop with Surge Surfer. Also Lanturn can tank Water and Ice moves pretty well, especially with Water absorb. You can find Chinchou/Lanturn underwater in Celestine Mountain, Pichu during good weather (I think?) on the rooftop in Onyx Ward, Oricorio in Tanzan Cove and Rotom in the back room in Shade's gym with the Yureyu key (you need to go to the spot in Tanzan Mountain where Saphira busted through the wall when you left for Route 1, but I suggest looking up a video1 point

You can find magneton in Amethyst Cave and evolve it at Yureru (you need a key but i don't remember where to find it) Also there is Ampharos that it's not a bad pokemon To get Electivire you can trade in Calcenon (i think) an electrizer for an Elekid and evolve it with another one and a link stone1 point

Hello again humans and non-humans. For Dev Blog: Electric Boogalo 2! Not much has happened since last time, recently Essentials released a new version that added triple battles and other really nifty features. So I have been spending the last couple days porting the game to that (PS: Its a pain). But, here are some stuff that we have been working on! Cass suggested coming out of the shadows and be social with a dev blog post so here I be. Please enjoy these animations that were forged from the cursed animation editor (would not recommend using that editor) so with that here are 3 moves that haven't been seen yet Power Whip the canon animation of this move did not look good until gen 6 so that was a bit of a struggle to translate that 3d look into 2d but thankfully Ame made amazing vines for this thing so along with that and trying to throw a ton of graphics onto every frame we got this.
