It's the Online Play battle function so they set the levels to 100 by default but fun fact: I actually played as Aladdin with these mons up to Ametrine City where he would have a showdown with Vanilla (even though in the story he didn't manage to beat Aya, gave up on the League and flew up to Ametrine to continue his search of Vanilla). That type of cliffhanger but also a literal cliffhanger since they're standing on a mountain which has one side that is pretty much a cliff

More and more i'm finding its just not worth clinging to a phrase or word i'd casually use because the word itself actually has some alternate meaning somewhere else on the web of the internet that just doesn't fly. Made an account just to say that even though I'm really late to this party and I don't know if development is still happening, I've been marathoning this game in my free time for the last several weeks and I absolutely loved it. The uncertainty that creeps in about what's real and what isn't, the way the characters don't feel too dramatically written (like some of them lean into cliches but it's hinted that's on purpose which is really fun to think about), and how gym battles don't require training a(n entirely) new team if you understand party comp - it's all made this such a blast to play. W

Sigh...here we go again. I get that you guys really want more Desolation but this isn't the way to really act. It'd be nice for Cazto give a status on it but he doesn't have to nor should you really anticipate something. Moat people doing big projects like this often go dark but it's entirely up to you whether or not you believe this game is still being worked on or cancelled. It is what it is and not much can be done about it.
