Leon sighs very heavily. "It's called a gunblade, and if you make one more wise-ass remark like that you're going to get some very detailed information on how it performs in combat." He clears his throat loudly, and shakes his head again. He begins another explanation as the group draws closer. The rock fades into what looks like the remains of some great fortress, dark crumbling brick making up patches of the walls with that strange, destroyed clockwork running through it in places. He leads them up a set of stairs and into an area that looks to be a bit better repaired; a gate blocks their p5 points

Kagari breathed a sigh of relief as the stupid bookflinger was put to sleep. Her anger began to cool down. First the misuse of books, then the stupid, insensitive and honestly rude joke about farming, then now this. Literally an unprovoked attack. So aggressive, so thoughtless. He was just like those dumb little low-level adventurers that went around slaughtering her siblings. The thought of their actions - and by association, Solomon's actions - made her metaphorical blood boil. If their guide hadn't stepped in, she might have broken her own rule and eaten him just to sever the annoyance. Co4 points

Suddenly, the flat of a blade strikes the back of Solomon's head, sending his unconscious form crumpling to the ground. "Is there any way you idiots could avoid trying to kill each other? If you keep this up we'll just have to find a way to fend off the Heartless on our own, because there's no way in hell we're handing valuable supplies over to people that behave like this." He irritably brandishes his gunblade at the group before returning it to his belt with rather more force than necessary. "No, I don't know why your gun doesn't work on Heartless. As for fixing the defenses of this place,4 points

"Defragmentation complete!" Alexandria announces brightly, "I should now be receptive to It That Embraces telepathic communication without needing to clean corrupted files for hours afterwards!" She looks around, taking in the unconscious guys, greatly different surroundings, and angel. "Huh. Maybe I should have waited on that. Checking sensor logs... Hm. Well, that's mildly disappointing. I think I have some Concussion-B-Gone left over from the last time I worked with organics. Unless anyone competent thinks it's a bad idea, I am going to give some to the unknown. But not to Solomon2 points

Eon Eon was glad to see that Leon was capable of dealing with the issue involving the fight from earlier. Really, Eon couldn't fathom how someone could be this silly. His idea on the case study, which started more as a joke, may actually have enough meat to be something substantial. He would have to wait and see. His train of thought was interrupted by a person named Venus asking him about something. “My enormous entity,” He began as he approached Eon, bowing for the umpteenth time, “A pleasure to make your acquaintance. I am Venus Tireur. It would seem a collective hoarder you are, for a dr2 points

"I hope none of you mind if I take this, for safekeeping?" Edmond stepped over and pried the halberd out of the now unconscious Solomon's hands. Well, I'm glad our guide is competent...The fact that none of intervened would have made this newcomer distrust us even more. Knowing that his attacker has been dealt with may increase his trust marginally. "I don't think we really want Solomon gaining another weapon...right?" Edmond hesitated for a moment, then pried the ring, which seemed to be the source of Solomon's power, from his finger. It destroy any increased trust that this man may have2 points

"Well, if you insist. I've seen people receive concussions from far less, so I would urge caution." Edmond was still quite bewildered, and quietly filed Solomon away into the far corner of his brain figuratively marked "Incomprehensible".2 points

Aurora she purred as the white one returned and pet her, almost sensing the being's vexed regard of the flying fool. Honestly at this point, it was more amusing than anything else, how utterly bullshit most of what she'd heard from his mouth was, and it only got even better when the silvery armored being reprimanded him. She couldn't help but wonder though, why didn't they just skin him at this point? He hadn't been that much use in the fight, he seemed to make pointless contraptions out of paper, talked gibberish and he didn't make much sense as a representative. Honestly, he'd be put2 points

Aurora just stared at the general chaos around her. It seemed another fleshbag had emerged from the settlement in distance and closed the ground between himself and the strangers who'd already begun heading for the place, drawing the others to follow suit... while another commotion had come behind as she -very clearly-picked up the scent of human blood ever so briefly, before the being in white noticed as well and investigated the scene. A shame really, she'd been hoping that who or whatever it was that snuck up, they'd feed them to her if they were killed. The there was the space drago2 points

This is a list that shows at a quick look what different Pokemon are available at any given time in game in a monotype run. Each spoiler is a new badge length of the game, including the most readily available member of the evolution line of the Pokemon, and does not mention Pokemon available in previous areas. Italics indicate Pokemon that will evolve into a type. Underline indicates Pokemon that will lose that type by their final evolution (mainly, for collecting, unless you want to use badge 17 Azurill for Normal type) Bold indicates legendary Pokemon **Aste1 point

AHEM. I DO BELIEVE IT IS TIME FOR THE CLARIFICATIONS Cronos. Solomon is a problem. There are other problems, but by far Solomon has been the biggest. Allow me to spell out why this is On a consistent basis, he ignores the comments or actions of others as it suits him. At multiple points outright dictating what other characters were doing, regardless of what their players had posted. He also tends to invent motives for others and then uses these invented motives to justify taking unreasonable actions. He's tried to use his power to subvert the environment laid out for him. Most recently, he h1 point

TIL why the Fahrenheit scale is made as it is. Apparently Astronomers in the 18. century really loved the number 60 and wanted all scales to be divisible by this number. And Fahrenheit (the scientist) wanted to use 60 as a base for his temperature scale. So he made water freeze at 1/8 of 60, and then the temperature of the human body was 3/8's of 60 and the boiling point of water was 60. But because the numbers came out weird, so he multiplied all numbers by 4. And then he tweaked those numbers a bit because they were still weird. And that's how we have the Fahrenheit scale where water freez1 point

Eon Looking over, Eon found the sight of Aurora gleefully playing with what he assumed to be silk colored with the dyes he gave her both quite interesting, and very adorable. As such, he gave her some of the yellow, purple, and red dyes to mess around with at her leisure. His attention was then grabbed again by Venus, who expressed in interest in...gold? In response, Eon opened a small rift just in front of Venus, and out poured an immense collection of gold, though nowhere near his total stores. Gold ingots, coins, dust, nuggets, crowns, ore, and other assorted gold goods poured out until t1 point

Katsuo Katsuo stayed silent through the latest events. Not because he had nothing to say, but because he had far too much to say, and most of it ended with, "Eat shit." Here they were, torn from their own realities and thrust into this strange, barren wasteland. This man in front of them was asking for help, and they were busy fighting amongst themselves. Even the probably man-eating spider was being more agreeable than some of these idiots, these morons, these fools, these imbeciles, these numbskulls, halfwits, asshats, dipshits. These fucking BAKAS Gwaedu spun around furiously. "Nincom1 point

The spider was beginning to seriously doubt just how competent these fleshbags were. Compared to her old group, they certainly seemed far more lenient on people suddenly showing up and attacking them after they wasted their time and their energy carrying their injured lot a good distance. Hell, there was one time they were followed for a couple dozen miles by some long eared fleshie who wore leather and furs and called himself a "ranger", came out of the bushes one night and looked right at her before trying to fire an arrow... turned out whatever the hell a "Ranger" was, it didn't sta1 point

Venus As Venus reconciled with the rest of group with Katsuo, he noticed the commotion that had ensued earlier. The opprobrium of the man in the cloak a mere lighter shade than the one Venus wore seemed almost inscrutable. He amused himself at the evanescent thought of the contents of the various books he contained; what did those books serve to enlighten, "A beginner's guide to stupidity?" Such uncouth fatuousness for a person with many a book in his repertoire. How inelegant your words are. Surely a fool wrote your script. The words echoed contemptuously in his mind. It That Embraces looks out over the ruined city- and the not so ruined city that it surrounds. This is the fortress where this area's denizens defend themselves from the local monsters? Hmm. For a last bastion, it seems... sub-optimal. An important thing, for it is also their home, if she is not mistaken. She may not be She Who Was, nor a veteran of the war that ended her, but she still knows a thing or two about fortification. With a sharp motion, she turns to Leon and begins to speak. "I must agree with...Sachi was it? I'm rather poor with names... I believe we should give this man the benefit of the doubt." alright the fact that some people don't seem to actually be reading posts annoys me, e.g. aiming at nonexistent trees or responding to people with complete non sequiturs. I thought this was a basic thing but I'll remind people to actually read, at minimum, host updates and any posts you plan on responding to from others. EDIT: YO CRONOS THAT MEANS YOU1 point

Katsuo "Well, she can talk." Katsuo explained, "But she refuses to, so I mostly just guess at what she's thinking. I've gotten used to her so I can guess pretty accurately. Or something like that." Gwaedu spun a few times. "She says supercalifragilisticexpialidocious." Katsuo translated, rolling his eyes. Noticing the newest of the newcomers to the group, Katsuo pointed them out to Venus. "I think we're moving finally."1 point

Venus An earring that can talk? Did it truly do so, or was this lad simply deluded? It moved, at least, so perhaps it wasn't entirely derisible. "...A pleasure to meet your friend, then, Katsuo." Curiosity nibbled his mind for a moment on how the boy's earring worked; Venus' interests spanned wide into technology as much as it did art, for his was a craft that was perhaps as signature as Venus' own. "Does it really talk, though? Elaborate your earring to me, if you may?"1 point

Izumi Kurosawa He's got that right at least. "These, Heartless, is there anything we need to know about them? Because looked like they popped out of thin air for us, and then some beasts joined them. If there's a way to know where they might pop up, I'd like to know it." She slowly brandishes her Procyon, taking care to show that the safety was off. "My gun seems to only maim and not kill. But the same went for the beasts and the others don't seem to have that issue. Don't suppose you know why?"1 point
