I stopped playing months ago after encountering this bug and being too lazy to get it fixed. I would like to play again, but obviously can't. Please help.

There. The script should activate normally, but for Ame's sake when you talk to Amaria please be IN FRONT of her, because this script tends to freeze the game always that you try to talk to Amaria from her side (AKA the left side of the couch). Other than that, enjoy

Ran a little test. Soooo...

If you talk with Amaria from her left side:

Everything works normally. The only thing is that Amaria doesn't look at you when she's talking. But w/e, this doesn't bother me that much. Working!

However, if you talk with Amaria from her right side (the stairs side):

The main character can't walk back (Cuz Amaria) and the game just freezes there. So yeah.
