To repair the staircase you need money (because money solves everything ) 40000 pokedollars, a little too much if you ask me but you get Elekid and Magby in return, to get Absol you need a cursed doll (search the library in Beryl Ward for it) Link to post Share on other sites

I'm just a stupid little girl .___. The library is accessible from Rhodochrine Jungle. Took me a bit to find it, too, but it's quite obvious what it is once you do find it.
