Where is my save file?

And what is it called? I am on a macbook pro, using VMware Fusion to access the game. I'll be switching to a new computer this october, so I dont want to have to restart my game :S.

Oh, and secondary not-so-important question, the game's audio is REALLY cruddy, and its super laggy. Move animations play at a rate of about one frame per second (I can actually see the individual frames of animation), and the game freezes for a couple of seconds when the VS bars pop up (Like when battling the gym leaders and such) and the same thing happens when I or the opponent send out pokemon.

That didnt help at all.. because my game file is nowhere in that folder, and spotlight doesnt bring it up!:s

Ah, the days when I used VMware for Reborn... Never figured out how to find my save file... Perhaps look for it the same way PC users would?

I can find it when I search it up on the virtual PC, but not when Im in "mac mode" But then.. HOW DO I GET THE FILE ANYWAY?

No worries if nobody has a solution, I didnt really get that far, just.. female..modest..contrary..snivy..with 4 perfect IVs.. (that took me three days of soft resetting to get)

I seem to recall someone who can "trade" pokemon between save files.
