zeilent 0 Posted July 16, 2014 Share Posted July 16, 2014 Hey, I had to take a break so this is about ep11. I am at Iolia Valley and only need the purple plug to continue. But everything I try I just cant find it. All the caves are explored / found/caught Sableye. I have been trying to find some Info here in the forum but I cant find any, why I cant find it. When watching youtube "walkthroughs" they always just do the same I do but the one cave (after the waster bridge) is different. Maybe its a Savegame bug? Anyone know anything? Slicster 8 Posted July 16, 2014 Share Posted July 16, 2014 The purple plug should be on the right side of the river, you go the furthest down, however there is a bush blocking the way. Find the red crystal on the side and there should be a green crystal at the end until you find another red crystal, and I believe that's the scene where Bennett will ask you to leave and the item ahead is the purple plug. Slicster 8 Posted July 16, 2014 Share Posted July 16, 2014 Yeah you're going the wrong way, go back to the cave you screenshot and go down, not right, you seem to have the purple plug, so change the one purple crystal above and the green crystal should be down below. Unfortunately I don't have an ideal way to figure out what that was. When you first entered this specific cave, at that time was it already in the current form posted in the above screenshots? zeilent 0 Posted July 17, 2014 Author Share Posted July 17, 2014 Its was always this way :/ The only thing I could imagine happened is: When i first walked over the first bridge I turned south and activated one or two of the south crystals then after being at the end I turned north into that cave. So maybe activating them in a wrong order breaks the switch? If anyone wants to check the savefile has been posted by Slicster couple post above Link to post Share on other sites

Though I suppose I should ask just to be sure, has anyone else observed this problem previously? Or if you've played through this in 12 and can confirm you did not have this issue? I just started playing Pokémon Reborn again after having had a break when 10 was over. Therefore, I never had the 11 version. I got 12, and resumed my game. I didn't have the issue explained here. I was also blocked by a bush, but was able to go through a cave (only 1 way to go) and hit a green crystal. That changed the bush that blocked me earlier to a smashable crystal. I can now pass that and continue the game. I have now obtained the Purple upgrade to the Crystal Plug, and will use it in the three purple crystals I've found so far. I've reached the cave shown in the final picture. There's a Purple Crystal there, but it doesn't seem to respond. I must be missing something. Either way, I can confirm I could've only reached that place after using the Purple Crystal, as that changed the Route in the cave just before the final picture. For this user, the cave must've already been in that formation somehow. If that's the case, it's logical how he/she cannot reach the place where the Purple Upgrade is obtained, as that's the other Route that that cave has which, due to not having the Purple upgrade, cannot be changed. Using the other Purple Crystals, I've now reached the battle against Bennett. Link to post Share on other sites

Administrators Amethyst 2466 Posted July 29, 2014 Administrators Share Posted July 29, 2014 @ Matty, The purple crystal you're currently saved in front of is actually the Sableye event, which I have excellent reason to believe I broke for the E12 release. However, I had already fixed it for 13, so it's working properly as I try it. Anyway, because that crystal gets nommed, it doesn't change the cave anyway. Link to post Share on other sites
