Naryui 0
The game is great and all, but there is a major issue. (and I need help to find the solution for this) The weather I have been having is a nightmare, 6 stormy days. It flashes far too frequently (every 2-3 seconds, it flashes once - 3 times, that's completely overdoing it) that it hurts my eyes so often that I having a hard time trying to see my character surroundings. The night is far too dark, let alone, the game flashes far too much that my eyes are unable to adjust where my character is at. I'm completely new to this game, not knowing the layout of the city map because of constant flashes on the screen. (Unable to see probably because of the constant flashes and yes, its my first time playing this and it very dark) I can only play this game at night and I'm already having hard time to see where I am going because of constant flashes. I keep bumping into walls, npcs and buildings. So far, its unplayable for my case. ( I'm pretty fed up, because those kind of flashes actually does damage your eye. Especially if you try to pretend its not there, its still a fact that it can damage your eye.) I need help, does anyone knows how to change the weather (or increase wait time for those annoying light flash) & brighten up the night? If not, I can only wait till its Saturday And no, I won't change the day on my system tray because I will forget to change it back.
Rosesong 25
Move your computer's date forward until you don't have a rainy day
Administrators Amethyst 2466 Posted June 26, 2014 Administrators Share Posted June 26, 2014 She just said she wasn't going to do that. Aside from that, there isn't a way to manually change the weather in-game. However one thing I think we're getting done for E13 is to make storms a bit less... stormy. Sorry. Naryui 0
That's a bummer. I'll just play it less frequently till its weekend. (The game is addicting, but the storm D: ) The stormy day is like a major handicap for me too... (Made me skipped few places that I never notice, curse the light)
Soysauce 0
You remind me of my own moments of wandering aimlessly because I didn't see some entrances/grottos/passages because of a stormy night. Anyway, welcome! You may leave your sanity at the door!
Rosesong 25
Ame, I think Naryui added the bit about time changing to her OP after I suggested it... No biggie though. But if anything, before you play, check a TV for the weather/save somewhere with a TV so you can check. You may be able to get in more play time than just the weekends that way
Felix~ 240
Would it be possible to give the weather moves functions like Flash/Rock smash? I mean, better late than never ya know?

RashFaustinho 0
I have the exact same problem. Since the beginning of the game, there is that storm that flashes very frequently trying to hurt my eyes. I try to change my pc's date but it doesn't seem to work, it just keeps raining. Any tips on how to solve this?

I thinked that i was allowed to revive the thread because: http://www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=10153 GOOD threads to post in. Jericho 114
Technically that's how it's written, but most of what is here is completely out of date. Starting a new thread would be far more appropriate.
RashFaustinho 0
All right, i managed to solve it! If anyone has the same problem, here it is what you have to do: BEFORE changing the date, you have to return back to opal ward, the place where you get your starter pokemon. Save, change the date, and here it is done. It will work only in Opal Ward Here it is a video, if anyone needs it Sorry for the trouble caused with necroposting. Hope it helps avoiding storm's flashes for a while xD
