More bugs and glitches from the early game. Just thought you may want to take note of them.

Firstly I can confirm that with simple it's the text that isn't updating. The ability works fine.

I fought a trainer with a Seedot that had Pickpocket. When my Combee made contact with him it tried to steal the Combee's item even though it wasn't holding anything. It basically displayed text like "Seedot pickpocketed Combee's " with nothing where the item should have been and the game continued without any errors.

The move description for Baby-Doll Eyes doesn't actually say what it does.

Some move descriptions don't fit in the text box. I've included Sweet Scent as an example.

Lillipup's event is potentially broken. On the pokemon watch (or whatever it's called) show on the TV it states 6 different locations that the Lillipup's been seen. West Peridot Factory, under the Opal Bridge, north Peridot Ward, in the back of the Obsidia Ward, in the Coral Ward, and finally in the Onyx Ward. I only had to find him in the Coral Ward and then in the north of the Peridot Ward for him to show up with his trainer in the Onyx Ward. I don't know if that's how it's meant to be but I thought I'd let you know seeing as Teddiursa's one was much longer when I did that back in Ep 10.

The Scraggy that's kept in reserve and sent out when you beat one of the other two Scraggy in the pokemon gang (Obsidia Slums) came in invisible and then showed up at the top of the screen after being hit. It then moved down to where it should be.

When you first show up at the area of the slums that I've screenshotted, a box moves into the hole in the staircase. However, during this sequence you're still able to move around and it created an awkward moment when the box moved straight through me.

The Aerial Ace glitch is still happening. But I'm pretty sure you knew that.

Firstly: Was this in 12.1? Pickpocket received a minor adjustment between 12 and 12.1

Baby doll eyes- useful to note. It confirms my suspicion about a number of 6th g move descriptions, so I can give those another pass

Sweetscent- there are a number of moves, ability and item descriptions that may not fit. In fact, I'll open a topic to collect these.

Lillipup is intended to work like that, but it is oddly longer than Teddi, you're right...

box can be fixed

scraggy and aerial ace-- idek. its a large void of question marks for me as to what's going on.

Also i would like to add:

1) The move hurricane does not work. It says the pokemon [ noivern in my case] used hurricane but then it directly skips to the opposing pokemon's move

2) In the picture puzzle in the agate circus, some of the tiles do not rotate properly [ cannot be made to face one particular direction]

The tiles can face each other properly. It seems that how they rotate is the underlying issue, because they rotate in an icky way. Regardless, they still do rotate after you fiddle with them a bit.

a few bugs:

-Toxic can still miss if used by a poison Type even though it shouldn´t. Not even if the oppenent use Dig or Fly.

-Contrary doesn´t work properly with abilities like Gooey and Intimidate. They should instead of raising the stats they still lowering them.

-The TNMS trainer at the Grand Hall has Mega Blastoise Sprite instead the shiny sprites for his Blastoise.

-After you get imprisoned by the Nuzleaf and Takas Chatot release you, you can follow him and Taka´s Chatot just disapears (the same happened with a women at Shelly´s Gym after Shade takes Corey´s body away).

All these are happening in Ep 12.1

Wait,wutt?Does that really happen?

If yes,well then there is a possible fix for those .updateMap errors with the save files (only thing left is to figure the oval charm+movement scripts.Will look in that when I have some time x_X)

Alright Ame, I finally got around to testing the pickpocket thing in episode 12.1 and it still happened.

Additionally there's something else I noticed this time around after you beat Victoria outside the slums. She walked straight through the hotshot in the screenshot.

Also are you sure about that misty terrain Yazmat? When I got rid of the misty terrain it changed back to normal.

U-turn is like Baton Pass and passes stuff on, a Lumineon used Aqua Ring then U-turned to Gothitelle then Gothitelle healed from Aqua Ring.

Nothing conclusive was done in that but it sounds like an essentials issue to me. Not that I know much about that sort of thing.

It also seems as if this topic has attracted a lot more than just my bunch of bugs. Is that really a good thing? Perhaps it'd be easier if the name was changed so as to not imply that people are meant to stick their bugs here. Alternatively if it is easier, I don't mind if it keeps going like this but I figure that's what the whole troubleshooting section is for. Best to leave that up to Ame I guess.

A few Bugs regarding the Big Top field effect:

-Pokemon with the ability Guts and Huge Power don´t get always maximum rolls ("over 9000") with High strike attacks. The same probably happens with Pure Power and Sheer Force

-Quiver Dance doesn´t get amplified and only rises Speed, SpD and SpA one stage

-Feather Dance not only doesn´t get amplified but it also got weaker and lowers attack only one stage. Sword Dance on the other hand does get amplified.

It could be that the big top effects are working right but the text isn't displaying properly. I know that with simple the doubling effect happens fine but the text doesn't change to reflect this. The same thing could be happening here with quiver dance and feather dance. Still worth a look though.

As for pokemon with Guts and Huge power not getting the maximum roll, I assumed that was the way it was supposed to be. I think the in-game text stated that the pokemon will consistently score high, not that they will consistently score the maximum. Then again, on the field effects page it says that they will score maximum rolls. I dunno, maybe it's a glitch, or maybe it was changed last minute.

I just recently updated and when I opened on the game I was saved on top of a crystal in the Iolia Vally cave and cannot move at all, escape ropes don't work and idk what to do, please I really need some help I do not want restart this game it would be far too much gameplay to get back

I'm pretty sure that bug was adressed before. So, here's what you do:

Go to "more Reply Options" >>>>> and attach your save file to a new post. Then Beba/Amethyst/Tempest/Me when i stop being lazy and decide to learn how to RPG Maker XP can fix your save for you.

A new topic would be better though, since i believe other bugs fit here.

I just recently updated and when I opened on the game I was saved on top of a crystal in the Iolia Vally cave and cannot move at all, escape ropes don't work and idk what to do, please I really need some help I do not want restart this game it would be far too much gameplay to get back

Send me your save file and I'll get you out.

Oh well another bug:

-The Sableye event is broken, because nothing happens when I clicked at his crystal even though I have the purple Crystal Plug.

Edit:

-everytime someone uses Belch it failed but still get one HP damage afterwards

Edit 2:

-If both Pokemon faint at the same time the Pokemon who would get his share of exp through Exp Share doesnt get any exp.

They should be getting either Powerful or Over 9000 unless you lower their attack stage

Pokemon battles on Opal Bridge are not effected by rain.

It seems this is happening with all of my battles, is it possible this is only effecting me?

Are you sure that it's raining and not windy? Apparently people confuse the particles.
