Taska 21
I want to go into the ice cream shop to get swirlix and also so I can buy Ice cream and candy in the shop but when I try to enter the ice cream shop the game immediately freezes and then crashes. I would really appreciate some help. By the way I am on a mac.
Tacos 205
Ok, most likely it is an audio issue that wine is not working with. You should probably remove the ME and Se folders from the game audio files. Let me know if it works. If not, then I'll see what else might possibly cause it.
Vinny 27
Tacos is talking about this: http://www.pokemonreborn.com/game/rebornfaq.html#wine That's all the files you should delete. However, Tacos is a user of Mac (right?), so he knows what he's doing.
Taska 21
Deleted all the files in ME. Didn't work so I'll try deleting all the files in the SE folder EDIT: I also have some problems with the game corner but we should sort that out after we fix the ice cream shop
Tacos 205
Deleted all the files in ME. Didn't work so I'll try deleting all the files in the SE folder If that didn't work, I'll look through the files of each folder and see which ones may apply to the ice cream shop and the game corner so you know what do delete this time. After deleting those files generally it did help me so I'm wondering what may be the issue here. Yes indeed! EDIT: A quick glance through and I didn't find much so may I ask that you post your save file so I can test if it works properly on my computer so I know whether it is the game itself or an issue with your wine/computer. Taska 21
ok well how exactly would I "post" my save file?
DashingStorm 3
Bottom-right of the "Reply to this topic box", it says "More Reply Options" next to the "Post" option. Click that, scroll down and you can find the "Attach files" thingy. Find your savefile innnnn.. C:\Users\[username]\Saved Games\Pokemon Reborn (It'll be game.rxdata) Then post your response. You're welcome. n__n

Taska 21
Hope that works. I'm surprised that the name RainbowDash wasn't already taken by the way.
Tacos 205
Ok so right away, I was fine going into the candy shop and the game corner. I even tested out the puzzle and voltorb flips just in case. Everything was perfectly fine. From this, I'm wondering if you somehow improperly installed wine or perhaps you just have a bugged game. Try either updating your wine or redownloading pokemon reborn and applying your save to that game. Also for those with windows, you never should have to search for game saves. I'll even show you a picture so you know how easy it is to find it.
Taska 21
Ok. I do think I've downloaded wine wrong because I remember I couldn't enter the game corner or candy shop then. I'm just going to reinstall wine and see what happens. Thanks Tacos
