Zro567 7
"The user attacks the target with a bursting flame. The bursting flame damages Pokémon next to the target as well." This is the battle description for Flame Burst. However, when I used it in a double battle, it only hit the targeted Pokemon, and the Pokemon next to it remained unaffected. Tacos 205
I noticed this too a while back but I'd have to assume it's more of an Essentials issue or something that Ame messed up on/did purposefully (Cause she's evil)

Don't worry too much over this. From my understanding there are a lot of more recent moves (gen 4 onwards?) that haven't been properly implemented into the game as of yet. It'll get straightened out eventually but I guess there are bigger issues. Heck, sucker punch didn't work right until recently. Thanks for reporting it though.
Vinny 27
Yep. Since i don't remember if that's a problem with essentials or with Reborn, we can't promise a fix. Just use Heat Wave ^^
DashingStorm 3
Just consider Flame Burst a weaker Flamethrower and you'll be fine.
