"Pokemon Reborn not responding

I just entered the part of the doctor's house where Charlotte is rescued, and the game frozen. No big deal, right? Well, the game saved itself because the "script was taking too long." I've tried resetting the game, however it's still frozen when I start it back up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. >.<
