Selection arrow stuck

I'm having an issue where i can't move the arrow in selection menus because it is stuck in the lowest option. It seems that this is because the game thinks I'm holding the down the down arrow key. This issue only happens in dialogue boxes and moving around normally works fine but I can't access the PC or heal my pokemon or talk to people with dialogue options. I've tried quitting and restarting the game and that doesn't seem to do anything.

I'd say it's something related to your PC, not to Reborn... So, IF you saved your game...

Go to "More Reply Options" >>, and attach your save file in another post... I want to see what's happening, and maybe (If needed), someone can fix it...

Unfortunately, sometimes computers just need to be restarted to fix errors, like something in the RAM or a driver error that get cleared upon shutdown. I'd venture a guess that happened here.

It just happened. I was playing and looking at a webpage and I switched back and all of a sudden it started doing it. I tried closing it and tabbing out and pressing the keys to make sure that they weren't stuck. Looked totally random to me
