Arkhi 199
So, I managed to change the format of my game data to something that isn't supported by the RGSS player as I tried to make a copy (don't ask, I'm a mad scientist). And now it's in Notepad format, just so it's universal. Would anyone be able to change what the file opens with? Or change the format for me?Additionally (Oh boy, I'm in trouble), I am unsure that this file uploader works well. http://rapidshare.com/share/22B8D1DE72A08D08DFA981076656F2FAA thank you in advance to everyone that assists. Arkhi 199
Didn't work. I wasn't sure it would. The problem seems to be that I can't do the "Open With" option with the correct program, because I don't have that program downloaded.

Arkhi 199
The re-installation of my OS didn't work.Neither did a system restore to the date before the issue occurred.
Tempest 38
What is the problem specifically? Has the data changed to a .txt file or something? In that case you may be able to just change the ending of the data to .rxdata Otherwise, try downloading RPG Maker XP. Start a new project and drop the file in the same heirachy as your game. It may force the data to change.
Arkhi 199
That seems to have worked. Thank you immensely, Tempest. It seems like not only was the file not opening with RPG Maker, but it also was in .rxdata.rxdata format, which seemed to falter its ability to work. Derp on my part
