For the record, you're playing version 11 right? Ame thought she fixed this, but apparently it's still broken... Which is a bummer actually... All i can say for now is: Every time you're going to/leaving Apophyll, always save before going to the boat... Other than that, i can only hope that Ame discovers a way to fix this in the future...
