So i tested this and it does get quite annoying fighting this guy over and over but hey $1280 for a fight that takes 15 second ill take it plus i can use it to grind up my pokemon. There is an Elder man that is right below the group of people that crowd around the seller of the linkstone everytime i go into a building in the Lapis ward for instance the pokemon center i come back walk past the man and he fights me over and over again doing this. :3 want to know if anyone else experiences this.

I do, I just use him to grind for low lvl pokes

There's also another trainer that does that very close by (In the Obsidia Ward direction... I think it's Punk Lucinda or something...) Well, i'm not a fan of abusing things unless i need to get an extra Linkstone, the same sticker twice, a Beldum, a Riolu and a Darumaka, an easy way to get Sunflora, attempt to find a Shuckle, get a Togepi, a Torkoal, a Gligar and an easier Pichu... but other than that, i don't like to abuse things. It's a good tip for peopel with pacience though ^^

If you figure it out don't patch it XD money isn't worth it the grinding is XD although if you can patch the punk do it :3

Another weird thing about these two trainers (At least on my file...): I can't force them to battle me (Like: Enter a building in Laps Ward and then come back). They battle me at will, sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't :S

Yeah same here when it starts happening is when you can abuse it until then you gotta be on your way do stuff come back and then do it

*blinks* if you want an exp grinding spot, fighting the trainers in the opal ward grand hall is a nice idea, js, they all give over 500 exp (most are like, second evolutions, like lampent or combusken, several are like, espeon and gardevoir. a few are weaklings like bulbasaur and honedge but hey, the exps exp). I haven't used it in a while but it's a good replacement for that one odd trainer who has a fetish for rematching (and losing....)

Off topic: I found it in 10.1. You know the training grounds where Kiki gives that lecture? If you find the reborn pokemon watch that tells you theres a shuckle, go straight to that area and smash rocks until the stupid turtle bug thing with a volcanic shell pops it's head out.

question about people that have battled the trainers more than once, do you have two versions of the game (example 10 and 10.5) and switch between the two, maybe that messes with the trainers to battle more than once?

I do have both episodes 10 and 10.5... However, they already did that before i getting version 10 again...
