I would hook up Mega Gardevoir to it and have it use Moonblast. The increased power borrowed from the moon would cause it to implode, thus totally throwing the Earth out of balance. Tides would be half what they are now, days would be several hours shorter, oh, and THE EARTH WOULD WOBBLE VIOLENTLY AS IT SPUN. This would cause temperatures to vary wildly from day to day everywhere on the planet. That being said, by the time it would cause any real changes to human life, we would have already been devoured by Sol becoming a red giant.

But I'm kidding. I'd hook up a blastoise. It's pokedex entry states it's cannons already have enough power to blast right through metal clean out the other side. Now let's add our PULSE machine and we've got a blastoise that can pierce entire planets, including the core, causing the planet to have an internal explosive meltdown destroying the entire planet with a water gun. seems legit.

Hook up Drought Ninetales to dat PULSE. Large area becomes dessert-like^_^ While this happens, plague the land with SolarBeams and Fire Blasts^_^ If necessary, can also put people to sleep with Hypnosis>

STEP2: hook up a Persian. get it to use payday. money rains down on the city. command hypno-minions to collect money.

STEP3: hook up an alakazam. order it to teleport everyone to various regions where population density will allow for large amounts of immigration. the people come out of hypnosis to find themselves in a new region, conveniently with enough money to buy housing.

Sorry but economics doesn't work that way. Supply - Demand, if everyone was rich, no one would be rich. It's like hyper inflation, the Dollar, Euro, whatever, loses so much value it becomes more like the Yin.

another idea i thought of is putting a darkrai into teh pulse, everyone would fall asleep and put into a nightmare...

hav the protagonist fall into deep sleep by darkrai in which the protagonists ends up in a nightmare world where he has to face all the nightmares of other people's in order to save the people of reborn from darkrai's control and then once the protagonist defeats all the nightmares, he would hav to face a high leveled darkrai... hehe i can imagine that the nightmare world would be full of the creepy stuff like how u see the projections of the people's death in shade's gym

Also, the logical fallacy in your theory is that you may not be able to convince Suicune to purify the lake. Why would it do it just because someone told it to? If Suicune wanted the lake purified or were able to purify the water, wouldn't xe have already done so without needing to be told? After all, providing you're past the Muk PULSE in the game, there's not a whole lot actually polluting the lake anymore since the factory was destroyed.
