Hmm, I checked Bulbapedia and Serebii (yes, 2 sources to be sure ) and they say that the zoom lens did increase the critical hit ratio but in DPPt only. In HGSS and gen5, it increases the accuracy instead. I suppose it increases the crit ratio instead of accuracy in this game then. Now that you're talking about it, I noticed a good number of crits.
