Punk Macy Hanging Script

So like the title says I go to battle one punk macy. The game crashes as the script hangs.

I do not have animated sprites on, In the options I set battle screens off. So at least I don't think I have animated sprites on.

I think she uses a Stunky first....but I have encountered wild Stunky and not had the same problem. Any help will be appreciated. For the moment I can not continue as I am stuck in an endless cycle of start game, challenged by Punk Macy, and crash.

Animated sprites are usually the cause, but if the script hangs with static sprites it just means that your computer was still unequal to the task of processing the game's needlessly resource-heavy system. Others have reported that by running the game in parallel with fewer programs, they were able to discourage this error.

However now that you're actually in the crash-loop, it might be more difficult. Go ahead and PM me your save file and I can probably clear it for you

I have fixed it by setting battle style to set.

The whole error seems odd as I have a 3 month old pc with 6gb ram and 1 terabyte of hard drive space.
