unfortunately you won't be able to recieve any items or enter rooms that are blocked by "packages" of Glass anymore.

you could use an earlier save, but then you would need to go throughr the gountlet again.

There will probably be some way to get them once Episode 19 comes out, but like the others said you can't get them right now.
