grubbin has 50% chance to get in peridot ward right but i cant get it after 3 time restart.

its because that pokemon being grubbin or Joltik is decided when your save file is created, not when you enter the building

It's decided when you get your Pokedex, soft resetting only affects IVs and nature's not what Pokemon it is, same with all other event Pokemon that has multiple choices
