Running the randomizer on Mac

I recently downloaded the Mac version of the game and it works fine, but whenever I copy the files into the data folder it doesn't let me open the game. Can anyone help please thank you so much.

the randomizer doesn't work with 18.3

so if you try and use it it'll just break your game.
