Cant load the game correctly

When I launch the game it plays the music and presumably the start screen but it is just a black screen when I press enter I am presumably brought to the load screen although now it is just white I can choose a save without actually seeing any menu and launch it thus starting the game but it just shows me a black screen and the dialogue (this also happens with rejuvenation)

Try these
 

• This problem occurs on random computers but can sometimes be fixed. The primary treatment is to change your Data Execution Prevention settings to allow Pokemon Reborn's Game.exe. Click here for instructions on how to to edit your DEP settings.
• Alternatively, this error can sometimes be fixed by renaming "RGSS102E.dll" in your game folder to anything else, and renaming "RGSS104E.dll" to "RGSS102E.dll" instead.

Ok so I tried both of these things and neither seems to have worked is there anything else I could try?

Try making sure nothing from them are being targeted by your antivirus

Also what did you use to unpack the zips?
