If i were you, i would go grab one application for every member again and try to revisit them (if they are still in place), one by one. Check out to see who is still there, in place. After setting the members up with a job they like, the leader himself will hint to you what job he also likes. Magma requires renovation of the slums, first. Aqua doesn't have any prerequisites. Also, to "give" the job application to them, they don't take it automatically. You have to face them and USE the application from your own inventory, while gazing at the gang member. Thanks for the info~ I have already done that. I used each and every correct application for each member. Now MAX refuse to recognise my progress. He keep repeating the same phrases.
