Can't Find Titania and Amaria

So Titania left then I beat Taka. He suggested that I go check on Titania and Amaria, but I can't find them. I checked every room in the water treatment plant and their house.

Am I missing something? Is there a specific place I have to go to to trigger an event?

Did you check the place you came in by the waterfall? They should be there.

So if I understand correctly you just beat Taka at the Water Treatment Center. I assume you exited the Water Treatment Center by going back up the waterfall. You should have seen a small cutscene with Shade and then another where Titania, who is carrying Amaria, is going up the Waterfall on Amaria's Lapras. After you go up the waterfall yourself, what did you do? 

If you went to Fiore Mansion (their house), you should have triggered the cutscene with Julia and Florinia. You can watch the 30 seconds of this video: https://youtu.be/LA2TfbdzuJ4

If this cutscene did not trigger, then I'm not sure what is going on.

I didn't witness any of those cutscenes. I think my save file might just have gotten corrupted at some point; I'm going to just use a previous save. Thanks for letting me know that there were a bunch of things I was missing!
