The game constantly crashes while its running on Wine. I am currently playing on a mac and I can only run it for a few seconds before it crashes. I followed the an old thread's advice and removed the ME File from the Audio folder but it didnt work. The crash report is:

Unhandled exception: assertion failed in 32-bit code (0x91088a6a).

PLEASE, ANYONE, HELP! I am seriously enjoying this game and it would be a shame if I had to stop playing due to this complication.

I also haven't seen this before, because as far as I can tell (which, as a mac-noob, may not be very far) this isn't related to the sound issues

However, I chanced upon a page earlier which detailed instructions for running a different game on Wine. This game is made using the same engine and scripts as Reborn, so if it pleases you, you could try following the steps for wine listed on this page, and let me know if they help.
