LivelyTheBadBunny 0
I noticed this issue earlier today, after launching the game and opening my save file, the game began acting weird: The overworld was constantly freezing. Such problem also spread out to battling, as every menu was lagging severely, the move menu was taking around 3 to 5 seconds to select the move I selected, and everytime I were to switch Pokémon, the menu would take no less than 10 seconds to fully appear, those 10 seconds being spent on me watching the screen slowly fading out and then back in. I made sure to check if it was my Nvidia driver, as I had updated it last night, but once I reverted to the previous update I had installed, the problem just grew bigger. Made sure to check on other games, and they work just like they used to. I'd like to make it clear that previous to this day, the game would work decently, only having occasional framedrops, but nothing that would hinder the gameplay. Only Geforce Experience and the Windows Antivirus. Regardless, I found the problem... I have my computer to run slower than usual when I don't have the charger plugged in, and that's what was going on the whole time. I had honestly no idea the game was that heavy on my laptop.
