Keep walking through walls

Hi, new here. 

I was in that Teknite area in which there was a waterfall and a blue crystal that activates a bridge on the river. 

Ever since I activated that, my character keeps walking through walls. I cannot access caves, openings, or Pokemon centers. I cannot complete the game this way. 

Unfortunately, by the time I realized this happened, I'd already saved the game. I didn't know this would happen. 

Is there a way I can fix this?

I can also walk you out of the wall if you upload your save idk if I can turn walk through walls off permanently but I can try to

 

Do you have any mods or anything that your using with reborn?

Thank you! It took me some time to understand how saves and backups work, but I did it and the problem is gone.

Do you have any mods or anything that your using with reborn?

I fixed the problem by using an old save (which I didn't know how to until recently). Everything is working fine now. 

As for mods and the like, no, I don't use them.
