ArcaneHL 1 Posted November 16, 2019 Author Share Posted November 16, 2019 Oh god..I'm so sorry. I didn't see this reply until now. From what I can remember, I installed a mod to allow your pokemon to follow you outside of battle. So after a lot of trial and error, I ended up dragging my save back to my original, unmodded game folder and removing that mod. It seemed to work fine after I beat Ciel again and I could finally use Fly. Also, I am pretty sure there are also threads where you can share your save file to certain individuals and they can fix the problem for you. I am unsure of your situation, but hopefully I provided some insight? Again, I sincerely apologize for the late response.
