The game won't start

Hi! I can't seem to launch the game, I have tried to desactivate my antivirus, to redownload the game, run as admin, but none of that changed anything, the game won't load. It doesn't even have a black screen or an error, it just doesn't do anything, like nothing happened. I saw a few people talking about it, but the problem was not resolved so I'm trying myself, as I want to play the game ! 
My pc is quite decent so I don't think it could be a problem either.
